Payal Baheti has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Payal currently holds the position of Senior Program Manager at Clari since March 2022. Prior to this, Payal worked at Morgan Stanley as the VP of PMO Wealth Management Technology from October 2020 to February 2022. Before joining Morgan Stanley, they served as Principal Manager/Program Manager/Agile Coach, PMO at E*TRADE from September 2016 to October 2020, where they managed multiple software development projects. Payal has also worked as a Senior Project Manager at OptionsHouse & Aperture Group, LLC from August 2015 to September 2016. Payal gained significant experience as a Sr. Tech Business Analyst/Project Manager at One North from August 2012 to August 2015. Before this, Payal was a Technical Business Analyst at Thomson Reuters from January 2009 to August 2012. Payal began their career as a Web Developer at The Theatre School, DePaul University from October 2007 to December 2008. Payal also has experience as a Web Developer - Summer Intern at Thomson Reuters in 2008 and as a Software Engineer at Hexaware Technologies from June 2005 to June 2007.

Payal Baheti completed their education in the field of Information Systems and Technology. From 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from DePaul University. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from SNDT University in Mumbai, India. Additionally, they have certifications in agile practices, including being a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist obtained in February 2023 from Scaled Agile, Inc., and a Certified Scrum Master obtained in August 2016 from Scrum Alliance.
