Colby Carson has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. In their most recent role at Clari as a Commercial Account Executive, they qualified for the FY23 Masters of Revenue Club. Colby contributed to improving efficiency, predictability, and growth by providing revenue teams with total visibility into their business processes. Colby worked with well-known companies such as Okta, Adobe, Workday, Zoom, and Finastra.

Prior to their role at Clari, Colby was a Member at RevGenius, a community for revenue professionals. Colby actively participated in this community from July 2021 onwards.

Before that, Colby worked at ADP, where they held several positions including Elite District Manager, Senior District Manager - TotalSource, and District Manager - TotalSource. These positions provided him with valuable experience in managing and growing client relationships.

Colby also worked at Oracle as a Core Technology Account Executive and a Core Technology Representative. During their time there, they utilized a strategic and consultative approach to establish relationships with targeted accounts and find cloud solutions for small- to mid-sized companies. Additionally, they were an active member of Oracle's Culture and Entertainment committee, contributing to various initiatives such as social media/PR, philanthropy, contests, and social events.

Colby's early work experience includes being a Division 1 Women's Soccer Athlete at the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee, a Junior Varsity Coach at San Luis Obispo High School, and a Front Desk Attendant at Morgan Hill Bowl.

Colby Carson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to attending Cal Poly, Colby attended Pepperdine University from 2013 to 2015, where they focused on Business Administration. Colby completed their high school education at Valley Christian High School from 2009 to 2013, earning a High School degree. In addition to their formal education, Colby has obtained several certifications, including Pricing Strategy: Value-Based Pricing from LinkedIn in July 2022, Excel 2016: Conditional Formatting in Depth from Lynda.com in June 2018, aPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2017, Concussion in Sports, Mandated Reporter Educators Training, and Sudden Cardiac Arrest from various institutions in November 2015.
