Rick Baumgarten has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT industry. Rick currently serves as the Director of IT at WireCo WorldGroup since 2018. Prior to this, Rick held the position of Director of IT Infrastructure at Clarcor from 2015, where they managed various IT systems and infrastructure, supporting multiple divisions and countries. Before joining Clarcor, Rick worked as the Operations Manager at CLARCOR Industrial Air from 2013, overseeing the transition of IT infrastructure and applications from GE to CLARCOR. Rick completed this project ahead of schedule resulting in significant cost savings for the company. Rick also has experience at GE Power & Water as an Operations Manager and IM Program Leader, as well as at BHA Group as a Program Manager and Lead Developer for CRM and ERP implementations respectively. Their earlier roles include working as a Staff Process Engineer at GST Steel Co. and as a Process Engineer at Armco. Overall, Rick has a strong background in managing IT operations, infrastructure, and executing successful migration projects.
