Russ Pastena is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, and organizational communication. Currently serving as an Executive Advisor at Clarasys since March 2024, Pastena previously held roles such as Global Head of Revenue Operations at GoTo and SVP - Global Head of Revenue Operations at FIS. Additional leadership positions include SVP- Global Head of Sales Operations at Donnelley Financial Solutions, SVP/Head of Sales Strategy and Operations at Dun & Bradstreet, and Global Head of Marketing and Sales Operations at Coleman Research. Pastena’s career also features senior leadership roles at Merrill Lynch, Thomson Reuters, Multex, and ADP. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from The College of New Jersey.
