Nikki Ford is a Learning, Development & Capability Specialist at Claranet since October 2024, previously holding various roles at Atom Learning from February 2022 to October 2024, including Senior People Operations Manager and Head of Development - Tuition. Nikki's extensive experience in the education sector includes a significant tenure at Explore Learning from October 2011 to February 2022, where responsibilities ranged from Regional Development Manager, managing a large team of Centre Directors across multiple locations, to operations management and training at individual learning centres. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Psychology from the University of the West of England, earned from 2008 to 2011.
