Bernt Skeie has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Bernt is currently the Founder and CEO of Alma Clean Power since November 2021. Previously, they were the Founder and Partner at Clara Venture Labs since March 2022, where they also served as the Chief Executive Officer from January 2013 to March 2022. Bernt Skeie is also the Co-founder and Chairman of the Board at GREENSTAT AS since January 2015 and a Member of the Board at Stiftelsen for Norges Handelshøyskole i Bergen since March 2015. In addition, they have served as the Co-founder and Board Member at Compact Carbon Capture AS from December 2017 to November 2020. Bernt Skeie has also held positions as a Member of the Board at Gexcon from June 2013 to February 2017 and NECON AS from November 2013 to 2017. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked as an Independent Advisor and Board Member at Odin Petroleum AS in 2012. Bernt Skeie also has experience in mergers and acquisitions as the VP of Mergers & Acquisitions at Kongsberg Drilling Management Solutions from December 2010 to January 2012. Bernt has also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Petrolia Drilling ASA from September 2009 to August 2010.

Bernt Skeie holds a Master of Sc (Siviløkonom) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), which they earned from 1988 to 1992. Bernt also completed an Executive MBA in Financial Management and Control - MØST at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 1998 to 1999.
