Maxim Ladonnikov has a long and varied work history. Maxim began their career in 1990 as an Engineer at DSP Group, eventually becoming a Manager. In 1996, they moved to Jetstream Communications as a Senior Engineer. In 1997, they joined Clarent Corporation as a Principal Architect and Senior Engineer. In 2002, they became a Partner at Predictive Financial Technologies, LLC. From 2005 to 2011, they were a Partner, Investment Banker, and Research Associate at Menlo Group, LLC and Ferris, Baker Watts. From 2011 to 2016, they were a MTS at Cisco Systems (formerly Insieme Networks). Since 2016, they have been a Principal Engineer at Orbital Insight. Most recently, they began working as a Principal Engineer at CLARA analytics in 2020.
Maxim Ladonnikov obtained a BS/MS in Computer Engineering from Moscow Aviation Institute between 1976 and 1981. Maxim then went on to receive a PhD in EE from Central Telecommunication Research Institute (ZNIIS) from 1983 to 1987. In 2022, they obtained a Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera in May. Maxim is currently enrolled in the Functional Programming Principles in Scala and Machine Learning courses from Coursera.
