Katie A. began their work experience in 2012 at GEICO, where they held two roles. From March 2012 to August 2014, they worked as a Bodily Injury, Liability, and First Party Medical Adjuster. Then, from August 2014 to September 2022, they became a Regional Claims Systems Coordinator. In June 2023, they joined CLARA Analytics as a Senior Data Quality Analyst, where they are currently employed.

Katie A. earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Virginia Tech, completing their studies from 2007 to 2011. Katie then pursued further education and recently completed a Master of Information Technology degree in Software Engineering at Virginia Tech, with studies spanning from 2022 to 2025.
