Gerry Hunt has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Gerry currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Clanwilliam, a global healthcare group, where they focus on ensuring financial control and treasury processes while allowing newly acquired entities to maintain autonomy. Prior to this, Gerry was the Finance Director at Clanwilliam.
Before joining Clanwilliam, Gerry worked as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Kinnerton Mortgage Funds Plc. Gerry also served as a Partner at CSI Chartered Accountants, where they provided interim management, risk management, internal audit, and advisory services. At Finance Ireland Plc, Gerry held the position of Finance Director and was instrumental in obtaining an AIM listing and negotiating credit facilities.
Gerry's previous experiences include being the General Manager of Risk, Credit & Finance at Irish Life & Permanent, Head of Strategy and Senior Manager of Corporate Lending at National Irish Bank, and Head of Finance at National Irish Bank. Gerry began their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Accountant.

Gerry Hunt's education history begins with their attendance at St Marys National School in Belturbet from 1963 to 1971. Following that, they completed their Leaving Certificate at Franciscan College Gormanston from 1972 to 1977. Later on, they pursued a B Comm (Hons) degree in Diploma Professional Accounting at University College Dublin, from 1977 to 1981.
