Kyle Hillis is an experienced professional in the fields of education and training, currently serving as an External Verifier for Open College Network Northern Ireland since January 2022. With a long-standing role at Clanrye Group as Moderation Coordinator and Tutor, Kyle focuses on delivering qualifications in customer service, employability, and personal development, particularly for individuals facing barriers to employment. Prior experience includes supporting young apprentices at Totalis People and delivering work-based NVQ apprenticeships with First4Skills. Kyle's background also includes managerial experience with Marks and Spencer, where responsibilities encompassed operations and staff training.
