Marco Arroz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive search, business development, and client acquisition. Previously, Marco held senior management roles at Multipessoal, focusing on recruitment in engineering, construction, and logistics, and started as a senior consultant at Hays, working in specialized recruitment for similar sectors.
