Noy Marom is a skilled Project Manager at Clalit Health Services since June 2022 and has been an Information Technology Technician at Boss Software Solutions Limited since October 2020. Noy also serves as a Help Desk Technician at Kopel Reem, handling customer issues and preparing instructional guides. Previously, Noy held the role of Policy and Training Coordinator at The Israeli Phoenix, where responsibilities included training new employees and developing compatible training programs. Noy's experience as a Service Representative at Isracard involved providing client support and creating training manuals, while military service as a Fitness Instructor and Organization and Process Coordinator Officer fostered strong values of teamwork. Noy is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management and Information Technology at The Open University of Israel.
