Shubhangi is an HRBP at Clairvoyant with over 7 years of experience in the HR field. Shubhangi has previously worked as an Sr. HR Executive at Calsoft from October 2018 to May 2020 and as an HR Consultant at Cloudneeti from July 2018 to October 2018. In their role as an HRBP, they are responsible for advising management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures, conducting audits of HR activities to ensure compliance, and presenting training sessions related to specific HR programs.

Shubhangi has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Pune, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Shubhangi also has a PGDMM in Marketing from the University of Pune. Shubhangi is certified in Sangeet Visharad from Khairagarh university and Certified HR Metric and Analysis from Meritt.
