Mradima S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and key account management. Currently serving as a Customer Engagement Manager at EXL since June 2022, Mradima also held the position of Customer Engagement Intern. Prior experience includes a tenure at Capillary Technologies from June 2018 to July 2021, where Mradima was a Manager for Key Accounts, overseeing client relationships in Malaysia and driving business development initiatives. Additionally, Mradima served as an Associate in Customer Success, focusing on analytics and CRM strategy.
