Simon Young has extensive experience in talent acquisition and resourcing. Simon currently holds the position of Global Talent Acquisition Director at Claire's. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at The Body Shop and as the Head of Talent Engagement Europe at Diageo. Simon's previous roles include positions at TT Electronics plc, Collinson Group, Dixons Carphone, Balfour Beatty Rail, Hays, hyphen Recruitment Outsourcing, and BBC.

Simon Young attended The University of Huddersfield from 1992 to 1997 and earned a 2.1 degree in Marketing.
