Cristina Mikkelsen-Lyall, CDMP, PCM, is an experienced professional in retail operations, currently serving as the Global Senior Manager of In-Store Presentation Operations at Claire's since June 2007. Cristina directs in-store presentation and planogram development for retail locations across North America and Europe, designing visual displays to enhance customer engagement. Previously, roles included Global Manager and Supervisor of In-Store Presentation, where Cristina led teams, developed a global strategy, and established workshops for store signage implementation. In addition to retail expertise, Cristina operated Electric Otter Designs, a merchandise business, and holds certifications in digital marketing and business.
