Jenny Scharbrough is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Claim Jumper Restaurants. Jenny has also held the position of Division Vice President at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. since August 2019 and has been with Claim Jumper Restaurants since August 1995, where Jenny progressed to Regional Vice President. Additionally, Jenny serves as Vice President & COO for Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Mai Tai Bar, and Rusty Pelican under Landry’s, where Jenny has been part of the team since June 1991. Jenny holds a PHR degree in Human Resources from Drucker School of Management.
