Liviu Ionescu possesses extensive experience in the fields of training, process improvement, and automotive damage assessment. Since May 2015, Liviu has served as Manager Departament Training at Claim Expert GIE, where responsibilities include coordinating training activities, analyzing claims processes, evaluating staff performance, and conducting both in-person and online training sessions. Previously held roles include Specialist Îmbunătățire Procese, Trainer at Training Cariere, Inspector at SC Damage Claims SRL, and Head of Bodywork Workshop at SC BTM GRUP 2004 SRL and SC BRAS SRL. Liviu's academic background includes a Master’s degree and two Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași.
