Janelle Laugerman is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Balance Bill Specialist at ClaimDOC since June 2019. Prior to this role, Janelle worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from 2014 to 2019 as a Mortgage Claim Analyst II, where responsibilities included filing cost receipts to the Veteran Affairs to minimize losses. Janelle's earlier experiences include serving as a College Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual in 2013 and as a Phone Screener for InnoSource contracted to Nationwide Insurance from 2011 to 2013. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration from Grand View College and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Des Moines Area Community College.
