Nicci Hays is an experienced professional in human resources and social media management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Claiborne Memorial Medical Center since July 2019, Nicci previously held the position of Administrative Assistant to the CEO. Nicci's background includes significant roles such as Social Media Director at Geiger Media Global and Social Media Manager at Beckman Motorsports, both from 2014 to 2021.
