Sara Vargas is a skilled Mechanical Engineer with diverse experience in engineering roles and leadership positions. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer at CLAFIS Ingenieus since July 2022, Sara previously contributed as a Mechanical Engineer Project Support at SURGE INGENIERIA and has extensive experience at Universidad San Francisco de Quito, where Sara held positions as a Mechanical Engineer and Research Study Assistant. Sara's leadership abilities were demonstrated as President of the Material Advantageā„¢ Student Program, alongside internships and community service roles, including a Mechanical Engineer Intern position at SURGE INGENIERIA and volunteering with Amizade. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad San Francisco de Quito, with additional studies at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Northern Arizona University.
