Gijs Rikhof has extensive experience in management and consultancy, currently serving as Businessteammanager Industrie at CLAFIS Ingenieus since February 2017, overseeing a diverse team responsible for various business functions. Previously, Gijs held the position of Teamlead at CLAFIS, managing a dedicated team in the Food, Pharma, and Chemical sectors while also acting as the primary contact for key accounts. Prior experience includes working as a Senior HR Consultant at Timing from February 2012 to January 2017, where Gijs focused on labor market integration, staffing, and coaching. Earlier roles include Project Coordinator at I-vents Sports & Leisure, where Gijs organized multi-disciplinary events, and Educational Assistant at Saxion, mentoring first-year students in event management. Gijs began a career in banking as a Savings & Payment Consultant at DSB Bank.
