Mitchell McCord currently serves as a Production Operator at Clabber Girl, the nation's leading manufacturer of baking products, since July 2019. Previously, Mitchell worked as a Professional Sandwich Artist at Subway from December 2014 to April 2020, and held the role of Executive Director at the Taxpayers Association of Vigo County from September 2017 to October 2018, participating in numerous public meetings concerning tax expenditures. Earlier experiences include positions as a Handyman at Mark's Par Three Golf Course, a Food Service Worker at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and various research roles at Purdue University in the fields of food sciences and pharmacy. Mitchell earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences from Purdue University between 2010 and 2016 and attended Indiana State University from 2008 to 2009.
