Carole Hayes has extensive experience in the food quality and safety sector, currently serving as an FSQ Technician at Clabber Girl since July 2006, where responsibilities include evaluating baking and preparation techniques to ensure product quality standards. Prior to this role, Carole worked at Columbia House from May 1990 to September 2005 in payment collection, and at Meis Bros. from May 1979 to May 1989 as a supervisor for domestic operations at the distribution center. Carole holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design and Housing from Indiana State University, completed between 1990 and 1994, and has a foundational education from Terre Haute North Vigo High School and Otter Creek and Ben Davis schools in Indianapolis.
