Jaime Gacitua has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jaime started their career as a Technical Analyst at Universidad de Chile in 2008, where they worked until 2010. Jaime then joined Coca-Cola Andina in 2011 and held positions such as Analyst, Production Scheduling and Analytics, Lead, Production Planning and Analytics, and Group Manager, Supply Chain Analytics. In 2017, they transitioned to CKM Analytix, initially working as a Data Scientist and later as a Principal Data Scientist. In 2019, they took on the role of Product Owner and eventually became the Head of Product in 2020. Additionally, they co-founded two companies - ConnectaLabs AI in 2018 and legalbot in the same year. Overall, Jaime Gacitua has a strong background in data science, analytics, and product management.

Jaime Gacitua has a solid education history with a focus on engineering and management. In 2003, they began their undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering at Universidad de Chile, which they completed in 2010. During this time, they also had the opportunity to study abroad as an international exchange student at the University of California, Berkeley, where they furthered their knowledge in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research in 2006.

Following their bachelor's degree, Jaime pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Operations Research from Universidad de Chile, completing the program from 2008 to 2010. Jaime then continued their education at Columbia University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Management Science & Engineering from 2015 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Jaime has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. These include certifications in Design Thinking from The Interaction Design Foundation in 2023, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022, and Figma Essential Training from Udemy in 2020.

Jaime has completed multiple Coursera courses, including "Deep Learning Specialization," "Sequence Models," "Convolutional Neural Networks," "Structuring Machine Learning Projects," "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization," and "Neural Networks and Deep Learning," all completed in 2019. Jaime also learned about agile methodology for data science with the course "Data Science: Using Agile Methodology" from Lynda.com in 2017.
