Ishbel MacConnachie is an experienced educator and leader in early childhood education, currently serving as a Teacher/CoDirector at C&K - The Creche and Kindergarten Association since December 2021. Prior roles include Early Childhood Teacher at Butterfly Childcare, Compliance Manager at Australian Child Care Career Options, and Academic Coordinator at Goodstart Early Learning. Ishbel has also contributed to the Queensland Branch of Early Childhood Australia as an Executive Committee member and served as Director of Studies at the National Institute of Early Childhood Education. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma of Education in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Queensland University of Technology, a Bachelor of Teaching from Southern Cross University, and various certifications in training and management.
