Baljit Bisht has extensive experience in instructional design and management, currently serving as a Freelance Partner at C&K Management since January 2012. Previous roles include Sr. Instructional Designer at Deloitte Consulting from September 2010 to August 2011 and Lead Instructional Designer at Ideaentity from April 2009 to August 2010. Earlier in their career, Baljit held positions as Manager HR at TMI First (2006-2008) and worked in training at both IBM Daksh and Daksh from 2002 to 2005. Baljit holds educational credentials from Delhi University and Carmel.
