Danatria Spears MPA currently serves as the Associate Director of Development at The ALS Association Texas Chapter, overseeing logistics and fundraising for multiple events in the Houston area. With a strong background in family assessment and donor development, Danatria has held key roles at CK Family Services and the AIDS Foundation Houston, where relationship management and high-quality assessments were central to success. Previous experience includes positions at the American Red Cross and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, focusing on disaster relief fundraising and child welfare, respectively. Danatria holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Texas Southern University, along with a Google UX Design Certificate.
