Maycon Fabio is a software developer at Lacuna Software since December 2022 and has held multiple roles at CJR since March 2021, including Project Manager and Software Developer. In the Project Manager position, Maycon managed the "Mandou bem" project, focusing on member recognition and gaining experience in project planning and architecture. As a Software Developer, Maycon contributed to the same internal project, utilizing Firebase and React Native to enhance technical skills and teamwork. Previous roles at CJR included Technology and Innovation Coordinator, where Maycon worked on process automation and tool management, and Trainee, during which Maycon acquired proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React, and SQL through practical group projects. Maycon is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Universidade de Brasília, expected to graduate in 2024.
