Matheus Silva currently serves as Supervisor de produção at CJ Selecta, overseeing the operations of soybean crushing, oil extraction, and SPC meal production since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Trainee de qualidade and Assistente de logística at Britvic Brasil, where Matheus contributed to process improvements in inventory control and departmental routines from November 2020 to March 2022. Matheus also completed an internship in logistics, further enhancing expertise in the field. Education includes a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Quality, Management, and Process Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, completed in September 2023, and a Bachelor’s degree from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, obtained in 2022.
