Zulhilmi Zainudin has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Zulhilmi most recently worked as a Site Reliability Engineer at Civo starting in December 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at HelloGold Sdn. Bhd. from 2016 to 2020, including Team Lead for DevOps & Automation, Team Lead for Blockchain/Ethereum Smart-Contracts, and Senior Full-stack Developer for Blockchain/Ethereum Smart-Contracts. Zulhilmi was responsible for leading teams, mentoring developers, aligning projects with product roadmaps, facilitating cross-team deliveries, coordinating with tech advisors and stakeholders, conducting R&D work, and developing blockchain-related products. Zulhilmi also had experience in designing and developing business logics in Ethereum smart-contracts, auditing and reviewing smart-contracts, teaching and mentoring developers, representing the organization in conferences, and managing private blockchain clusters. Before that, they worked as a Full-stack Web Developer at BBD Labs in 2015 and as a Graphic Designer at Armada Everywhere Sdn Bhd in 2015. Zulhilmi began their career as a Graphic Designer & Web Developer in 2008, where they stayed until 2015.

Zulhilmi Zainudin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Graphics from Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University from the year 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued Information Technology in Computer Science at International Islamic University Malaysia from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, Zulhilmi Zainudin also obtained a certification in Bootcamp: Ruby on Rails from the Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC) in May 2015.
