Brian Tolbert started their work experience in 1998 as a Senior Customer Support Technician at Dun & Bradstreet. Brian provided technical guidance to internal and external customers, designed and implemented D&B's test lab, and improved cost savings. In 2005, they joined Austin Radiological Association as a Senior Business Analyst, where they provided subject matter expertise and technical guidance, managed a team, and designed and implemented solutions for business reporting needs. In 2007, they joined Planview as a Business Intelligence Customer Care Consultant - Team Lead and later became the Business Intelligence Customer Care Manager, playing a key role in portfolio management and solving customer's business problems. Lastly, in 2020, they joined Civitas Learning as a Customer Support Manager and later became the Director of Customer Support.
Brian Tolbert obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration from Texas State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013.
