Carolina Hernandez is a seasoned professional in the construction and development industry, currently serving as Vice President of Development at Civitas Capital Group since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager at Harvey | Harvey-Cleary Builders, as well as Project Engineer at GHJ Construction. Carolina began a career in the field as part of the Graduate Development Program at Willbros Group, Inc., which included responsibilities in project controls and estimating. Carolina holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 2014.
