Riley Jessen is an experienced data scientist currently serving as the Lead Applied Data Scientist at Civis Analytics since June 2022, following a progression from Senior Applied Data Scientist. Prior experience includes multiple roles at NCSolutions from June 2018 to May 2022, culminating in the position of Senior Manager in R&D. Additional professional experience includes a Senate internship with U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown and a student researcher role at The Cincinnati Project. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Applied Economics from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Minor in Economics from the University of Cincinnati.
