Katie Biggs is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as a Civil Engineer III at Civiltech Engineering, Inc. since July 2022, specializing in roadway design for various projects, including those under CDOT and C*NECT programs. Prior to this role, Katie held positions as a Civil Engineer II at DB Sterlin Consultants, where duties included drafting plans for pipeline projects and providing QA/QC for significant transit projects, and as an Engineering Analyst at Kimley-Horn, focusing on design reports and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Early career experiences included internships at Kimley-Horn and Christopher B. Burke Engineering, where foundational knowledge in traffic studies and design plans was developed.
