Eugene Duncan currently serves as the Land Survey Manager at Civiltec Engineering, Inc., a position held since July 2018. Previously, Eugene held the role of President and Professional Land Surveyor at Western States Surveying, Inc. from November 1992 to July 2018. Before that, Eugene was the Owner and Vice President at Civiltec Engineering, Inc. from July 1986 to November 1992. Early in Eugene's career, the role of Land Surveyor/Crew Chief was undertaken at Lind and Hillerud from April 1974 to April 1986. Eugene Duncan completed the IOUE Apprenticeship Program from 1980 to 1986, earning a degree in Land Surveying/Geomatics.
