Mike Fritz has extensive experience in the Light Electric Vehicle Industry, currently serving as the Director of Production and Engineering at Civilized Cycles since September 2018, where the focus is on creating the world's most 'civilized' ebikes. As a cofounder and Chief Technology Officer at Human Powered Solutions, Inc. since April 2018, and President of Mike Fritz & Associates, Inc. since September 2017, Mike provides technology consulting, new product development, and project management services. Previously, Mike held significant roles such as Director of Engineering at Pedego Electric Bikes, Vice President of Technology Development at Ultra Motor USA, and Vice President of New Product Development at EV Global Motors, among others. Mike earned a Master in Engineering Management from Northwestern University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.
