Roger Miles is an experienced Roadway Designer at Civil Services Inc. since September 2007, specializing in roadway design, site development, geotechnical drafting, and various aspects of utility design and stormwater management. Prior to this role, Roger worked as a Design Drafter at Hill Boring and Dunn from July 2005 to September 2007, focusing on commercial and residential site development drafting and design. Roger holds a degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from Florida Technical College, completed between 2003 and 2005.
