Frank Nolan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in civil rights advocacy, project management, and strategic communication. Currently serving as the Senior Civil Rights and Technology Associate at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights since July 2019, Frank is involved in project management, event planning, and the creation of various written materials addressing civil rights issues. Previously, in the role of Associate at the National Head Start Association, Frank led congressional advocacy campaigns and managed national conferences. Earlier experiences include internships in the Office of State Controller, St. Francis Center, and legal assistance at the Law Offices of Jeffrey S. Glassman, LLC. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Communication from Emerson College.
