Joel Brubaker currently serves as the Executive Vice President at the Civil-Military Innovation Institute Inc., a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Joel Brubaker spent over eight years as Chief of Staff for U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito, from January 2015 to August 2023. Before that, Joel Brubaker also held the Chief of Staff position in the Office of Congresswoman Shelley Moore Capito from July 2005 to December 2014, and served as Legislative Director in the Office of Congressman Bill Shuster from April 2003 to July 2005.
