Steven Reynolds EIT is a Civil Structural Engineer with experience at Civil Design, Inc. since December 2022. Previously, Steven held positions as Civil Engineer 2 and Civil Engineer I at LUZCO Technologies LLC from January 2019 to December 2022. Steven earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, completing the degree between 2016 and 2018.
