Philip Grout, PLS, possesses extensive experience in the field of surveying, currently serving as Survey Service Leader, Survey Group Leader, and Professional Surveyor at Civil Design, Inc. since December 2012. Prior positions include Land Surveyor at Hoelscher Engineering, P.C. from July 2008 to December 2012, Staff Surveyor at Manhard Consulting from July 2006 to July 2008, and Crew Chief at Peridian Group, Inc. from July 2003 to July 2006. Philip Grout holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Murray State University, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
