Gabriel F. is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity and data governance, currently serving as Deputy Director at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore since November 2022, where responsibilities include leading cybersecurity oversight and conducting sectoral cyber exercises. Previously, Gabriel held significant roles at the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore, including Agency CISO for the Prime Minister's Office, and contributed to the establishment of national cybersecurity policies. Additional experience includes leadership in information security at GovTech Singapore and IT governance at SLNG, along with project management and innovation roles at SMRT Corporation Ltd and the Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies. Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) from The University of Western Australia and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
