Raphael Cheah is a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer at Civica, where responsibilities include architecting and delivering core networks and IT infrastructure services for a significant contract with the Victorian State government since January 2018. Prior to Civica, Raphael served as a Network Engineer at Spotless Group, contributing to major projects such as the implementation of new networks for acquired businesses and the design of Meraki SD WAN. From March 2003 to June 2017, Raphael was the Senior Network Engineer for AECOM in the APAC region, overseeing network infrastructure for over 60 offices across 13 countries. Raphael holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from RMIT University and a Bachelor's degree in Science & Engineering from Monash University.
