Jacky Jain is a skilled technology professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and cloud engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Team Lead at Civica since July 2020, Jacky has held various roles including Senior Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer and Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer. Previously, experience includes positions at Allscripts from January 2015 to July 2020, where roles included System Support Engineer, Service Consultant, and Associate Service Consultant. Early career experience includes a System Engineer role at Tech Mahindra and a Monitoring Engineer position at Tata Communications. Jacky holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from the Regional College For Education Research and Technology, completed in August 2013.
