Molly Wisniewski is an experienced professional in elder services and health policy, currently serving as the Associate Director of Elder Services at Civic Works since October 2022. Previously, Molly held roles such as Program and Communication Coordinator at Mass Home Care and Housing Upgrades to Benefit Seniors Program Manager at Civic Works, demonstrating a commitment to community service and support for seniors. Early career experiences include working as a Health Policy Analyst for the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and as a Public Policy Intern with The National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care. Additionally, Molly has a strong foundation in elder care through roles as Activities Assistant and Acting Director of Activities at Methodist Country House. Educational achievements include a Master’s Degree in Management of Aging Services from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies from the University of Baltimore.
