Josh Woodard has over 18 years of professional experience in the public and private sector. Josh is currently serving as a Senior Digital Advisor for the Bureau for Resilience and Food Security at USAID since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Owner/Director of Impact's Edge, LLC and Founder of Civi since 2019. From 2010 to 2019, Woodard worked at FHI 360 in various roles, including Regional ICT & Digital Finance Advisor, Regional ICT & Digital Finance Specialist, Technical Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Program Officer. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at AED as a Program Officer I and Senior Program Associate. In 2007, they worked as a Senior Writer at JLF Associates. Additionally, from 2005 to 2007, they served as a Community Development Worker at Peace Corps Thailand. Finally, from 2003 to 2005, Woodard worked as a New Business Associate at DeVito/Verdi.
