Lilli Schubert has worked for various companies since 2008. Lilli'smost recent role is a Senior Agency Partnerships Manager at Civey since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at EyeEm as a Head of Sales Development from February 2020 to May 2023. Lilli also worked at Relocately GmbH, where they were a Sales Team Lead and Onboarding Team Lead & Account Manager from August 2018 to January 2020. Before that, they worked at Roche Bobois as a Showroom Manager, Sales Manager, and Interior Consultant from 2012 to 2018. In addition, Lilli worked at Habitat, Stilbruch - United Designers, H&M, Tony Rivas - Architecture d'Intérieur, and Moraz SA- agence de decoration in various roles.

Lilli Schubert completed their bilinguales Abitur at Rhein Maas Gymnasium in 2006. Lilli went on to attend RheinMain University of Applied Sciences from 2006-2011, where they earned a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.-Ing.) (FH) degree in Innenarchitektur. Additionally, they briefly studied Interior Design at The Ohio State University in 2009. Lilli Schubert also obtained various certifications in Google Sheets and leadership training through Linkedin Learning Courses in January 2023.
