Doug Clatterbuck began their work experience in 1993 as an Agent at Prudential Insurance. Doug worked there until 1994. In 1995, they became the Owner/Broker of Citywide Realty, Inc., and also became the President of Citywide Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. in the same year. As President, Doug was responsible for managing client, employee, and carrier relationships, providing insurance products to businesses and individuals, overseeing company operations and profitability.

Doug Clatterbuck attended West Virginia University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a degree in Finance. Doug'sfield of study focused on business finance.
