Raphael has more than 10 years experience developing database software for the Web. Since joining Cityspan in 2004, he has led the development of Cityspan’s grants management system and the development of contracting solutions for Chicago, Oakland, and San Francisco. Previously, Raphael developed ecommerce applications for Paceworks, Inc.

Raphael holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
